Ziel des Spieles:
- Fackel vom anderen Dorf auslöschen
- Essen (zVieri/Snack, Abendessen) kochen – dazu muss man das Feuer in Gang behalten
The winner is the village that has had the torch extinguished the least, and a personal win is whoever cooked the best meal.
Ways to earn points:
- Arrow shooting
- Gold digging in the river
- Bible quiz
Each player gets a score card on which the points are noted/glued. The points can be used to make purchases at the store:
- Fire materials
- Food and cooking pot (croissants, salt, tomato sauce, sausage, banana, chocolate, potatoes, herb butter, aluminum foil, spoons, etc.)
- Water balloons to extinguish the torch of the opponents
Rules:
You may not cross the river on foot, but must cross the rope bridge. The crossing costs one point (multi-ride tickets can be bought in the shop, which can be exchanged within the group).
You may only use the water balloons to extinguish the torch of the opponents and not the fire (and the village barrier may not be crossed).
If a torch has been extinguished, the entire village is blocked and they may not score any more points until the torch is lit again. If they do not have a supply of points, they must take out credit at the store.
The Dealer:
He deals smuggler cards. A smuggler's card allows you to cross the river on foot. The dealer can move freely in the playing field.
>
The guard:
He checks that no one crosses the river without a smuggler card.
The customs officer:
He helps the children put on the Gstältli/climbing harness for the rope bridge and crosses off the point for crossing on the score card.
As a variation, there can also be only one shop on one side of the river and the point collection posts on the other side of the river to compensate. The bridges are a one-way trip (that is, only accessible in one direction).
