- giving responsabilities and instructions

- offering support and encouragement while fulfilling the tasks

- give them space to experience and allow them to make mistakes

- practice doing -> expand their limits -> get them out of their comfort zone

- giving goals and challenges

- promoting the YG courses

- motivating /showing their growth perspective

• giving them a good self-example
• praying for them
• taking quality time with them

- demonstration/practice doing

- spending time outside the YG club

- build up a personal/carrying relation

- reading the Bible together

- being a good coach: the best aktive listener, who puts the right questions at the right time
