Game instructions

Six times as many squares are marked on the floor (e.g. with masking tape) as there are children present. Each child may choose a square. Each child may choose an object from a well-filled basket and occupy a square with this object. Each item is unique. Children and staff stand around the squares. A member of staff plays music and stops it at random. While the music is playing, the youth leaders pass on a dice. Whoever is holding the dice when the music stops names an object as their destination. Then they can roll the dice. They can move their object according to the number on the dice, using the following rule: The child moves their object in the direction of the chosen object according to the number rolled. Only movements forwards, backwards or sideways are allowed - not diagonally. When your own object arrives on the desired square, the visitor must greet the local: Good day (here he says the name of the person to whom the object belongs). Whoever says the correct name gets a point and the dice moves on. In small groups, it is better to skip the music interruption and roll the dice in order.
