A lot or a little?
With various questions on a worksheet that everyone fills out personally, you get feedback on an action. The focus is on the individual and their participation. The questions can be adapted and supplemented to suit the experience.
Of course, you can also compile all the evaluations on an evaluation poster afterwards.
Variation: you can also simply ask the questions to the group and then the participants have to line up on a scale.
