This is an icebreaker game designed to help participants learn each other's names in a new group in a fun way. But it's still fun even when the participants have known each other for a long time.

Procedure
- The participants stand in a circle.
- One player stands in the middle and walks around the circle. He points clearly at one of the people standing in the circle and says “Zipp, ” “Zapp, ” or “Zipp Zapp.”
- If he says “Zipp, ” the person he points to must say the name of the person to their left.
- If he says“Zapp,” the person he points to must say the name of the person to their right.
- If the person called out says the wrong name, they must switch places with the player in the middle.
- If the person in the middle says“Zipp Zapp,” all players must switch places. The player in the middle tries to grab a spot. The person who doesn’t get a spot and is left standing becomes the person in the middle who gives the instructions.
