A crazy game of getting to know each other in which the person on the right is addressed by name and asked for a specific shoe size. The shoe size gets bigger and bigger ;-)

Game instructions
The group sits in a circle. The leader gives the instruction that everyone is to guess the name of their right-hand neighbor.
As soon as everyone knows the name of their right-hand neighbor, one person in the group starts and asks their right-hand neighbor: "[Name of right-hand neighbor] are you a size 45?" to which the neighbor probably answers "No, not me, but maybe my neighbor".
So he asks his neighbor on the right: "[Name of neighbor on the right] do you have shoe size 46?" to which the neighbor again answers "No, not me..." and asks his neighbor. The shoe size gets bigger and bigger!
