Attention to detail

You don't need much more than a keen eye and a good memory for this get-to-know-you game!

Material

  • none

Implementation

  • The players form pairs.
  • Each pair sits opposite each other, looks closely at each other and tries to memorize as many characteristics of the other person as possible within approx. 20 seconds.
  • When the time is up, the partners turn their backs to each other and list what they remember about their partner one after the other. FOR EXAMPLE: Hair color, eye color, maternity, face shape, glasses.
  • New pairs are then formed.

Variations

When the pairs are standing with their backs to each other after the 20 seconds, the game leader says a keyword, e.g.: "hair color", whereupon the players name their partner's hair color.

If the pairs stand with their backs to each other, both change something about themselves. E.g.: fewer earrings, no glasses, different hairstyle, etc. Both turn around and try to find the change in the other person.
