Running with these füssen is not as easy as it looks at first glance. The Füsse are strapped into two leather loops and then a certain distance either against each other or in a certain time must be run.

- 2x wooden plates
- 2x leather straps with buckles
- 4x screws
- possibly rivets
Building instructions
Saw out two feet from thin but sturdy wood.

Fasten two leather straps with buckles and holes.

It is best to fasten the leather straps with wide rivets
