Youngstars is based on a unified-holistic vision of the world and of people. Our methods are developed accordingly to support people in their alignment with Jesus in all areas.

Development through experience and action

Growth and maturity are not the same. Maturity is not achieved through the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, nor is it automatic. Maturity requires the involvement of the whole person, especially the heart - the centre of the person(s) according to the Old Testament interpretation. Maturity is the result of several things: personal devotion and active engagement with God, people, self and my environment. The hallmarks of a mature person are: healthy relationships, personal stance and values, and the ability to apply acquired knowledge in everyday life. The maturing process is the result of internal changes that become visible outside of everyday actions.
