A sweet Zvieri for over the fire
Material
- Apples
- Condensed milk
- Ground hazelnuts or almonds
- Possibly chocolate
- knife
- Evtl. corer / apple corer
- Evtl. scoop / ball cutter
- Aluminum foil
- small bowl
- spoon
Instructions
- Use a corer to remove the core from the apple
- Caution: do not pierce all the way through or the filling will leak out later
- If no corer is available, use a pruning knife or pocket knife
- Hollow out the apple a bit more (e.g., with a pocket knife or ball corer
- In a small bowl, mix condensed milk with ground nuts (hazelnuts or almonds)
- Evtl still mix some small chocolate pieces under it
- Pour the mixture into the hollowed out apple
- Wrap the apple with aluminum foil and place in the embers
- Bake
